Staff Policy

As a staff member you must promise to fulfil all your jobs and follow all rules including staff rules and normal user rules. You must be positive and act maturely. AddonBear likes to keep it professional! We don't expect you to be online everyday, just show some sort of activity (not 1 in 1 month). If you need to take some time off please talk to Jay as he is your "boss". If you have doubts in any situation, do not hesitate to ask another staff member as it may not affect your position. Don't expect to know "everything". We hire based on your own skill base. 

Rules

• Be reasonable at ALL times.

• Be professional at ALL times.

• Be mature about ALL situations.

• Make sure other users follow ALL user rules.

• Do not use Thread Headers without permission

• Only move a topic if it has been missplaced.

• Only lock topics if they have been dealt with.

• Do not permanently delete topic unless it breaks majority of rules.

• Do not make threads "sticky" unless they're important.

• Do not "hide" threads unless they're useless.

• Do not abuse your powers.

• Only Ban with cause.

• All Bans must have proof and a description of what thy were banned for.

• Do not assist other users on Staff Applications, they will be instantly denied.

• Do not publicly critisize other members publicly. Keep it to your self.

• If you have a doubt or 2, contact another staff member.
